We've changed the start date for Herding Cats Part I, a course designed for physicians and other healthcare executives who manage physicians. In this first course, we'll be teaching some very effective basic coaching techniques to add to your toolbox. Whether you are mentoring medical students and residents or in charge of physicians in a practice or hospital setting, you can vastly improve your effectiveness through these simple techniques. This course is designed for people who are NOT professional coaches, but who would like to learn these new skills.
The course has been changed from Wednesdays at 5:00 PM PT/8:00 PM ET to Thursdays and will start on Thursday, March 17th. The course will run for four weeks.
